It’s one of our favorite events at Walt Disney World Resort, so we were so excited to head down to the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. We love learning more about different countries and we love food, so this is perfect for us! If you’ve never attended, you might not know what to expect, so we’ve created a quick guide for making the most of your visit. We’re also including the booth and menu information for this year’s event!
2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Strategy
In the weeks before a trip down to Orlando, we like to look over the offerings at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival to get a better idea of what to expect. It’s not always easy, but we try to narrow down what we want to eat so that we don’t get to Epcot without a plan. Otherwise, you might just spend your time wandering around aimlessly or spending money on things you don’t really want.
Of course, we always have to hit up the most popular booth — Canada! One time, when I saw the lengthy queue, my Canadian heart was so filled with pride that I sang “O, Canada!” for the people waiting in line. It was hilarious!
Here are some tips to help you get prepared for the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival:
- Grab a park map right away so that you can easily find the World Showcase Booths you want.
- Standard small plates and beverages cost between $4.00-$8.00. Alcoholic beverages will likely cost more.
- Go to the Canada Booth for the Canadian Cheddar Soup with a Pretzel Roll.
- If you purchased a Disney Dining Plan, find out what is covered as a snack credit.
- You can pay with cash, credit card, MagicBands, Disney gift card, and Disney Visa reward dollars.
- Consider using the Epcot Food & Wine Festival gift card to pay. It can be purchased and loaded at Epcot’s Main Entrance, and you can use the wrist card option to pay hands-free!
2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Booths and Menus
There is literally something for everyone at the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Whether you’re a global foodie or following a special diet (like keto!), you’ll find something to enjoy. As you read through the menus, please keep this key in mind:
- (GF) indicates Gluten/wheat-friendly
- (KA) indicates Kid-approved
- (V) indicates Vegetarian
We seriously cannot wait for our next visit to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Aside from making our presence known at the Canada Booth, we’ve also been known to spend way too much time eating the offerings at Thailand and India! Don’t forget that this is just one way to enjoy tasty eats at Walt Disney World. An amazing resource when you’re deciding what to eat at the parks is the Disney Food Blog. I could seriously spend all day on that site!
